Kelly Armanios

Kelly Armanios serves as Managing Director of Institutional Real Estate Europe  for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI), an industry-leading publication focused exclusively to serve the strategic information needs of institutional real estate investment community. In this capacity, she is responsible for European business development and client service focused on publication sponsorships, while leading recruitment of top institutional investors who serve on the Editorial Advisory Board of Institutional Real Estate Europe.

Kelly has more than 15 years of B2B account management and business development experience gained within the proptech and publishing industries.

Prior to joining IREI, Kelly was an Account Director at Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites and spent 8 years working with both commercial and residential real estate agencies as well as developers and investors.

Prior to that Kelly spent two years in the UAE and worked as a Senior Sales Executive for one of the Middle East’s most well-known news portals; ArabianBusiness.com.
