Jennifer Molloy serves as senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and has overseen the production of the publication since its launch in January 2009. Prior to this, she served as editor of Institutional Real Estate Newsline (IREN) when she joined IREI in 2007.
Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in rhetoric and communication from the University of California – Davis. While obtaining her master’s degree, Jennifer taught an undergraduate course in small group communication. For her doctoral degree in communication from the University of California – Santa Barbara, Jennifer examined the attitudes of people of color and Caucasian people toward the police. At this time, she also served as a teaching assistant for the discussion sections of various undergraduate courses, including, interpersonal communication, research methods, mass media and communication, and intergroup communication. Jennifer was also lead author of a book chapter, “Law Enforcement and Community Policing: An Intergroup Communication Approach,” with her dissertation adviser, Howard Giles.
