Heavy demand from mainland China and supply constraints pushed Hong Kong costs higher to $27,431 (€22,747) per workstation and currency depreciation following the United Kingdom’s Brexit vote saw London costs fall on a US dollar basis to $22,665 (€18,794). The report covers 215 office markets in 58 countries worldwide and ranks occupancy costs per workstation and workplace densities for newly-developed or refurbished office space globally.
