Tishman Speyer Acquires Asset in Paris

by

Tishman Speyer has purchased the Cap de Seine building in Paris in an off-market transaction; terms were not disclosed. The 30,000-square-metre property in Ivry-sur-Seine, a south-eastern inner suburb of Paris, was completed in 2004.

“Cap de Seine occupies a great location along the River Seine in Ivry-sur-Seine, an emerging submarket that is poised to benefit from tightening space availability in the city’s central business district,” says Michael Spies, senior managing director at Tishman Speyer. “The acquisition marks the continued growth of our Paris portfolio … and as our Paris portfolio grows, we continue to look at other European cities for additional opportunities that may arise.”
