The full monty: What you may have been missing

You probably have noticed that we switched formats. For 24 years The Institutional Real Estate Letter had been presented in our traditional newsletter format. In 2013, we switched to a magazine format.

We switched because our readers had been calling for higher design quality and more timely news content. As a monthly publication, the only way to provide more timely news content was to strip the news content out of the publication and start delivering it electronically, on a more real-time, daily basis. When we did that, what was left behind essentially was a magazine — hence, the change in design format.

What you may not have realized is that if you have not signed up to start receiving our free daily newsfeed updates, you’re only receiving half of your subscription value.
