Henderson Park and Greystar Real Estate Partners exchanged contracts with Tide Construction in February to deliver two of the world’s tallest modular towers in Croydon, London. The 44-storey and 38-storey residential development will be constructed on 101 George Street and house 550 apartments. The location is one of the best-connected in Croydon, sitting directly opposite East Croydon train station. Dubbed the Silicon Valley of south London, the borough is one of the largest commercial districts outside the centre of the UK’s capital. It recently emerged as one of the fastest growing areas out of 173 UK regions, with an annual growth rate of 9.3 percent.
