Tell me about the your organization, the Asian Public Real Estate Association. What is your mission, and when was APREA formed?

APREA was formed in 2005. It was formed because of a concern that, although the listed real estate sectors in Europe and the United States were strongly represented, the sector in Asia was not, but there was a great need for it to be so.
