Institutional Real Estate, Inc., meetings, especially the Editorial Advisory Board meetings, are not only about discussing investing trends, sectors or strategies. We often talk about how to better manage GP-LP-consultant relationships, or how and where conflicts of interest might arise, or how to gain and lose trust. Essentially, we want to create an open forum to improve the lines of communication in the industry and, we hope, leave people with some useful insights.
