SEB Disposes of Assets Across Europe

SEB Asset Management, on behalf of open-end real estate fund SEB ImmoInvest, has sold properties across Europe. SEB ImmoInvest has sold two office properties in Rotterdam for €57 million. The buyer was Real IS, acting on behalf of its BGV II institutional investment fund. The transaction comprises Lotus A, totalling 8,620 square metres and let to Royal Haskoning Nederland, and Lotus B, totalling 8,681 square metres and let to ABB. SEB ImmoInvest was advised by Savills, and Real IS was advised by NL Real Estate.
