A total of 14 new investment funds were launched during third quarter 2024, matching the same number of funds launched during second quarter 2024, according to data tracked by Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s IREI.Q database. The new investment funds are seeking to raise an aggregate of approximately $6.8 billion.

Artemis Real Estate Partners’ Artemis Healthcare Fund III was the largest fund launched during third quarter 2024. The fund is seeking to raise approximately $1.5 billion and will invest in healthcare, senior housing and medical across debt and equity in the United States.

The second-largest fund to launch in third quarter 2024 was a tie between Harrison Street’s Harrison Street European Core and Kingstone Investment Management’s Kingstone Bezahlbares Wohnen Deutschland, both seeking to raise approximately $541 million.
