Looking ahead to 2023, the global economy continues to face many challenges and threats, from the lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic to high inflation and rising interest rates, to geopolitical tensions and the dangers of a global recession. Loretta Clodfelter, senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, recently asked a collection of industry experts to share their forecasts and expectations for U.S. real estate in the current environment.
