M7 Real Estate, the European investment and asset management business jointly owned by Oxford Properties Group and AustralianSuper, has purchased a portfolio of 31 urban infill and mid-box logistics assets across key metropolitan markets in France and the United Kingdom. The acquisition was made through M7’s European Supply Chain Investment Partnership (ESCIP) joint venture.
ESCIP now owns and manages more than 12 million square feet (1.1 million square metres), across 116 prime European logistics assets. The transaction marks a milestone in the joint venture’s strategy to scale the platform, with approximately €600 million (US$704 million) of investments flowing into 40 assets comprising approximately 4.2 million square feet (390,000 square metres) in the past 12 months. This brings assets under management in ESCIP to €1.4 billion (US$1.6 billion) gross asset value.
The newly acquired portfolio, which was managed by Mileway while under the ownership of funds m
