Hong Kong is a global business hub with robust property markets. As such, it attracts institutional investors from around the world. But it is also one of the world’s most expensive places to live, work and construct assets. Recently, Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific senior editor Jennifer Molloy asked a number of experts on Hong Kong their opinions about the territory, and their responses are collected below.
