Getting on board: LPs and GPs come together in Southern California for the money talks

Serving the information needs of institutional investors in real estate is the core mission of Institutional Real Estate, Inc. The Editorial Advisory Board of Institutional Real Estate Americas supports that mission by highlighting the concerns and desires of our readership. The editorial board meets twice a year to discuss the issues members are losing sleep over.

At the spring meeting of Institutional Real Estate Americas’ editorial board, April 12–14 in Ojai, Calif., those discussions occurred in a variety of formats, from the full board to eight-person roundtables to one-on-one dialogues between investors and managers.
