The Editorial Advisory Board of Institutional Real Estate Americas met Sept. 10–12 in Cape Neddick, Maine. Prior to the meeting, we ask board members to submit the key questions that are on their minds in the current environment. A selection of those questions follows below.

Risk tolerances — Within a given strategy, would you prefer managers go up the risk spectrum to meet higher return requirements, or keep to a strategy of lower risk while underwriting lower returns?
