PATRIZIA Immobilien acquired the landmark Eurotower office building in Frankfurt in December last year for Taiwan-based insurance company Fubon Life. The 148-metre, 40-storey building is located in the city’s central business district and is the former headquarters of the European Central Bank (ECB). It is known as the birthplace of the euro. A division of the Bank – the ECB Single Supervisory Mechanism – is now the building’s sole occupier. The purchase is Fubon Life’s first deal in Germany.
