Europa Fund III, the third pan-European investment fund from Europa Capital, has acquired Twarda Tower from BPT Optima, a real estate fund managed by BPT Asset Management.

The 27,000-square-metre office tower in Warsaw was built in 2003 and is located in the heart of Warsaw’s CBD. The location is near a new underground station, which is under construction, and is currently occupied by Telekomunikacja Polska SA, Poland’s principal telecommunications operator, which is affiliated to France Telecom.
