Europa Capital LLP, on behalf of the Europa Emerging Europe Fund, has agreed to acquire a retail park in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, from Landmark Property Management for €20 million. Retail Park Plovdiv comprises 25,000 square metres of retail warehouse space; tenants include Baumax, Deichmann Shoes, DM pharmacy, Sport Depot and Technomarket Electronics. The transaction is Europa Capital’s first in Bulgaria.
