The Park Poste˛pu office complex in Warsaw sits in the rapidly developing business district of Mokotów. It is just a 15 minute drive away from both the Polish capital’s centre and Chopin airport. The sustainable complex consists of four seven-storey, state-of-the-art buildings offering a total of 34,000 square metres of leasable space. JLL was selected by Immofinanz to take over management of the building in April.
