Bauwert Investment Group plans to develop a high-end residential project in Berlin’s Charlottenburg district with a total investment volume of €25 million. Bauwert has recently acquired a 2,664-square-metre site at Zillestrasse 86 from Liegenschaftfonds on behalf of the state of Berlin. The 55-unit project will provide apartment sizes between 90 and 150 square metres, with a total size of 6,300 square metres of residential space. Construction on the project is slated to begin in summer 2011, with a completion expected in autumn 2012.
