Aerium Buys Office Asset in Scotland

Aerium has acquired iQ, a newly built office property in Aberdeen, Scotland, for £50.1 million (€57 million). The investment in the 11,625-square-metre, six-storey asset was made on behalf of Glenn Arrow, Aerium’s UK trophy office fund. The building, which is let to Centrica and Wood Group, was developed by Hazledene Group and completed in 2010.
