Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s Springboard is an exclusive, invitation-only annual gathering of the next generation of leaders in the industry. We would like to announce our sixth class of Springboard leaders. Each attendee has been acknowledged through nominations by senior executives of his or her organization for having exceptional leadership potential. As with past years’ events, a number of the industry’s experienced senior executives have graciously volunteered to help mentor at this year’s October meeting by facilitating small-group discussions. Reza Basharzad, senior managing director, global head of research & strategy, and Leah Dillon, senior vice president, global client relations, Prologis, serve as co-chairs of the 2019 event.
