Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s 29th Annual Global Investor Sentiment Survey assesses institutional investors’ asset allocations, risk and return assumptions, expected capital flows and real estate investment strategies for the coming year. Among its findings, the survey reveals investors' views of real estate seem to be at an inflection point, as investors did a better job of committing allocated capital in 2024 than 2023, and they are increasing allocations to core and value-add while exhibiting a home region bias in their views of relative attractiveness of markets.
