The East Riding of Yorkshire Council has approved planning permission to complete a €245 million ($266 million) development of 600 homes, in Goole, a port town and civil parish on the River Ouse in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
The project, The Greenways in Goole, is by Beal Homes, a family-run home builder. The Greenways is Beal’s largest-ever development, ultimately extending to 806 properties, and the biggest housing scheme in the East Yorkshire town for decades. The development is on a 295,421-square-meter (3.2 million-square-foot) site off Rawcliffe Road. Siemens Mobility is the developer for the project.
