Yoo Capital Fund II collects $35m from The London Fund

by Kali Persall

Yoo Capital Fund II, a real estate fund owned and managed by Yoo Capital Management and the Astarte Special Opportunities Platform, has captured a £30 million ($35 million) investment from The London Fund.

Launched in 2019, Yoo Capital Fund II focuses on the redevelopment of existing assets in Greater London, according to multiple news sources. The fund targets sectors that Yoo Capital defines as undersupplied or mispriced, such as life sciences, healthcare and creative industries.

The fund is targeting £400 million ($467 million) of investment volume.

According to React News, The London Fund investment will be geared towards the regeneration of Shepherd’s Bush market and the conversion of the Saville Theatre, which comprises the seed assets of the Yoo Fund.

This marks the second investment for The London Fund.
