Yieldstreet, Avenue One sell Atlanta rental home portfolio

Avenue One, a service platform, brokerage and investment marketplace for institutional owners, buyers and sellers of residential rental real estate, and Yieldstreet, a private markets investing platform, today announced the disposition of 43 newly built rental homes in the metro Atlanta area.

In 2021, Yieldstreet created a residential property investment offering for its investors, partnering with Avenue One to acquire, renovate, lease, manage and stabilize the properties. Avenue One brokered the sale of the portfolio through its investment marketplace to one of the largest non-public residential rental real estate operators in the United States.
