Wolfson Development in partnership with Lennar has plans to develop North Forum Reserve, a build-for-rent (BTR) project in in Fort Myers, Fla.
Composed of 304 BTR townhome units with full amenities, North Forum Reserve is a testament to innovation and community-centric living. This project, with a total capitalization of nearly $110 million, is part of a larger Wolfson Development Fort Myers initiative, which will include an additional 10 acres of commercial space and 300 multifamily units.
