White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT acquires medical office buildings

by Released

White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT has acquired seven medical office buildings in five states. The seven assets total 67,110 square feet and are 100 percent leased to Fresenius and DaVita affiliates.

The acquisition includes five Fresenius facilities in Berwyn, Ill.; Columbia, S.C.; Little Rock, Ark.; Solon, Ohio; and Birmingham, Ala.; as well as two DaVita facilities in Rockford, Ill. All are located within close proximity to major medical districts.

The addition of these seven facilities diversifies the services offered in the medical office building REIT portfolio.

Dr. David Lynn, president and CIO of White Oak Healthcare MOB Holdings, who is leading the REIT, said, “We are pleased to add Fresenius and DaVita, both investment-grade companies on long-term leases, to our portfolio of medical office buildings.”
