WeWork is in exclusive talks to buy a 12-building office campus in the City of London for £600 million ($785 million), according to Bloomberg.
The estate totals more than 620,000 square feet of offices, stores, restaurants and a private members club.
The shared office business has been on a buying spree in real estate and in other sectors.
This is WeWork’s second major property acquisition after the company recently bought the flagship Lord & Taylor building in Manhattan with Rhone Capital for $850 million.
