Westcore Properties has purchased a 3.1 million-square-foot infill industrial portfolio from Stonelake Capital Partners, according to Dallas Business Journal.
The portfolio consists of 35 buildings across Texas in urban areas of Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. The buildings are more than 90 percent leased.
Dallas–Fort Worth is the top market in the country for both warehouse construction and leasing, according to Cushman & Wakefield. And North Texas delivered more new industrial space than any other U.S. metro area, totaling 23 million square feet through the first nine months of 2020.
