Westbrook Real Estate Fund XII locks in $700m of investor commitments

Westbrook Partners has captured $700 million of commitments for its latest value-add real estate fund, Westbrook Real Estate Fund XII, against its target of $2.95 billion, according to reports.

The 12th fund in the series looks to invest in value-added office, debt, distressed properties, hotel, industrial, multifamily, retail, and single-family assets in France, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom, according to the IREI.Q database.

The vehicle secured a $50 million commitment from the Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi in April.
