Extell Development Co., a full-service real estate developer of residential, commercial and hospitality properties, has announced that Sush Torgalkar has been named as the company’s president and CEO.
Gary Barnett, owner and founder of Extell, will serve as chairman and work closely with Torgalkar. Torgalkar will be charged with growing the business and overseeing the company’s entire portfolio as well as focusing on its continued success and efficiency.
Extell is one of Manhattan’s most active developers and has owned and developed a portfolio in excess of 20 million square feet and 35 developments.
