Walton Global has concluded sale of 17.6 acres of the 215-acre Winslow Park Master Plan. The land is located in Athens, Ga., and was sold to Krause Auto Group, a collection of dealerships operating in Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and South Carolina.
Within the greater Winslow Park Master Plan, 197 acres of land remain available with zoning for single family, multifamily and commercial use. The parcel benefits from frontage along U.S. Route 78 (Atlanta Highway) in the Athens-Clarke County Metropolitan Statistical Area and is about seven miles from downtown Athens and the University of Georgia’s main campus. The site is surrounded by a variety of options for restaurants, grocery and retail.
