Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP) has closed its W&D Real Estate Opportunities Fund with $56.90 million of commitments from a mixture of institutional, RIA/family office and high-net-worth investors, as well as several co-investors.
The fund opened to investors in January 2021 with a minimum investment requirement of $5 million.
IREI understands the vehicle is focused on middle-market opportunistic commercial real estate, with investments ranging from industrial, multifamily, office, single-family rental and build-to-rent.
