German property management specialist Vivanium GmbH and Dream Global Advisors Germany GmbH have entered into a joint venture with the establishment of Viva Dream Real Estate GmbH (Viva Dream).
The jointly managed property manager has been mandated to oversee 150 commercial assets across Germany, owned by Canadian Dream Global REIT. The managing directors of Viva Dream are Vivanium’s managing partner Dirk Tönges and Dream Global Advisors’ head of asset management Jennifer Bachmann.
“We rely on future-oriented software for clear and fast property management. We are taking an integrated approach to the portfolio,” said Tönges. “To achieve this, all relevant data must be available and linked.”
Viva Dream describes itself as a property manager 4.0.
