Vistry Partnerships and Clarion Housing announce England JV

Vistry Partnerships, part of the Vistry Group, has signed a £40 million (€44 million/$52 million) development agreement with Clarion Housing Group to increase the number of affordable homes in the new town of Sherford, a new town under construction in Devon, England.

Vistry Partnerships is building 3,500 homes in Sherford, of which 1,500 are being built in partnership with Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, as part of a joint venture formed in 2018. The newly signed agreement will see a further 211 new homes made available for social and affordable rent as well as shared ownership through Clarion Housing, increasing the affordable housing provision in the new town.
