Victoria Park has purchased a portfolio of nine properties with 2,340 apartments from Akelius.
The sales price was SEK 4.7 billion ($520 million).
Of the stock there are 2,141 apartments in the Brandbergen, a suburb in Haninge Municipality, Stockholm County, and 199 in Mölndal a part of the Gothenburg urban area on the west coast of Sweden, with a total rentable area of more than 188,000 square meters (2.02 million square feet).
“The acquired properties are centrally located in their local geography and about two-thirds of all apartments are undeveloped, which fits our business model with value-creating investments through rolling ROT excellent,” said Pål Ahlsén, CEO.
