Verdion and Aviva Investors unveil €200m Copenhagen logistics-park plans

Pan-European logistics specialist Verdion and its partner Aviva Investors have unveiled plans for E20 Park Copenhagen, a €200 million ($237 million) major new logistics hub south of the city.

The scheme is one of the largest of its kind in Denmark, with capacity for 150,000 square meters (1.6 million square feet) of logistics space on the 38-hectare (94-acre) site owned by Aviva Investors.

The park is located within 35 minutes of Copenhagen city center, as well as its port and international airport. Warehouse and distribution units will be available from 5,000 square meters (53,820 square feet), aimed at national and international firms seeking class A warehouse space near the city. Smaller flexible units from 2,500 square meters-plus (26,910 square feet) for local businesses and startups will also be delivered.
