Valor enters German logistics market

Pan-European urban industrial specialist Valor Real Estate Partners has made its debut acquisition in Germany with a deal in Düsseldorf.

“Our investment in Germany is a logical and strategic extension of our geographic focus to acquire smaller properties in urban infill markets in Europe,” said Christian Jamison, managing partner of Valor.

The logistics complex has a total area of 16,384 square meters (176,356 square feet), consisting of two first-class distribution warehouses. It is located in the port of Neuss and benefits from the immediate proximity to a major motorway, rail and waterway network. The location offers the tenants a direct connection to the center of Dusseldorf and the densely populated Rhein-Ruhr urban area.
