Valor Real Estate Partner has acquired, on behalf of its joint venture with QuadReal Property, a global real estate investment, development and operating company, a 10-acre site, which includes a 6,500 square meters (70,000 square feet) vacant cross-dock property, in Fleury-Mérogis, south of Paris.
In line with the joint venture’s value-added strategy, Valor will undertake a comprehensive ESG-led refurbishment of the existing space and add a 3,500-square-meter (37,700-square-foot) extension, delivering a state-of-the art, cross-dock logistics hub. Totaling 10,000 square meters (107,640 square feet), the property will be ideally suited for third-party logistics, parcel delivery and distribution occupiers in what is Europe’s dominant ecommerce center.
Specifications will include a 1/109 square meter (0.1 square feet) door ratio, 9-meter (30-foot) clear heights, vehicle yards ranging from 33 to 53 meters (108 to 174 feet), and extensive car and HGV parking. Other en
