A joint venture among Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston has started the construction on Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) new campus.
Located in Spring, Texas, this development will house the fourth major corporation to choose CityPlace at Springwoods Village, joining HP Inc., Southwestern Energy and the American Bureau of Shipping.
Scheduled for completion in spring 2022, the HPE development will consist of two buildings located at the southwest corner of East Mossy Oaks Road and Lake Plaza Drive and include approximately 440,000 square feet of rentable space. The two buildings of five stories each will have a bridge connector at each level for easy accessibility and structured parking for 2,055 cars.
