Urban Partners sells Finnish logistics portfolio to Catena for €191m

Urban Partners has sold a portfolio of 10 logistics assets in Finland to Catena, the Swedish-listed logistics property company, for €191 million ($223.5 million).

The portfolio comprises approximately 142,300 square meters (1.5 million square feet) of logistics space across key logistics locations in Finland, with the majority located in the Helsinki-Tampere-Turku triangle. The assets are held through Nordic Strategies Fund V, Urban Partners’ Nordic real estate investment fund, and Income+ Fund (NIP), its open-end real estate fund. The sale highlights strong institutional demand for modern logistics assets in strategic locations across the Nordic region.

Energy efficiency and technical performance are central to the long-term value of the assets: Most have Energy Performance Certificate A ratings, all have BREEAM environmental certifications, and the buildings use renewable-energy solutions and modern technical systems to support both energy efficiency and operatio
