Urban Partners has launched Urban Partners Regeneration Fund, together with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Viessmann Generations Group as strategic partners. The investment vehicle is backed by anchor institutional partners PensionDanmark and SamPension.
Purpose-built for regenerating brownfields into mixed-use neighborhoods, the fund is positioned to address growing structural pressures facing European cities due to urbanization and demographic shifts. Urban Partners Regeneration Fund has held its first close with commitments from investors, moving forward with unlevered investment capacity of up to €650 million ($755.2 million), combining primary equity and co-investment capital.
