GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, has closed on its acquisition of the office portion of the 32-story Pacific Century Place Marunouchi in Tokyo from Secured Capital Investment Management, the Tokyo-based real estate arm of PAG. The sales price was ¥170 billion ($1.55 billion), according to Real Capital Analytics.
