UPDATED: Argosy raises $110m for fourth real estate fund

Argosy Real Estate Partners IV and its parallel funds closed on $110 million in a first close, according to filings with the SEC. Argosy is planning to raise $300 million for the fund.

There are three SEC filings that total the $110 million for the following AREP IV Funds: Argosy Real Estate Partners IV, Argosy Real Estate Partners Parallel IV, and Argosy Real Estate Partners IV-MS.

Argosy Real Estate Partners IV is a closed-end, opportunistic real estate fund that makes direct investments in U.S. office, hotel, land, multifamily and retail properties. The fund has a target close date set for March 31.
