The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has announced the appointment of Jan Peter as COO for the Europe region.
He brings around 20 years of relevant experience and leadership in the real estate sector.
Peter joins ULI from CoreNet Global, where for nearly eight years he was vice president, global operations, based in Atlanta. He previously was an entrepreneur in residential real estate investment, and before that held various leadership roles with flexible workspace operator Regus for nearly seven years. He began his career in the leisure and hospitality sector, including roles with Princess Cruises, and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts.
