ULI appoints David Faulkner as new president of Asia Pacific region

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has appointed David Faulkner as its new president for the Asia Pacific region. Faulkner was most recently managing director, valuation & advisory services, at Colliers International in Hong Kong.

He will lead the Institute’s activities across Asia Pacific.

Faulkner is a chartered surveyor with more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He retired from his most recent position of managing director at Colliers International in December 2019, where he was responsible for the 250-person valuation and advisory services team in 14 markets. He has been based in Asia for more than 35 years, joining Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke. Faulkner has advised on projects in Hong Kong, China and many markets in the region, including North Asia, the ASEAN countries, South and Central Asia.
