Mindspace Business Parks REIT, owned by K Raheja and Blackstone Group, has raised approximately $150 million from GIC, the Singapore-based sovereign wealth fund, ahead of its initial public offering reported yesterday.
Other investors include affiliates of Fidelity Group, Capital Group, and Fullerton Group, reported media outlets. With this, the proposed REIT has already received commitments for 25 percent of the issue size from strategic investors.
