U.S. Realty Advisors has purchased a 281,000-square-foot office building for $133.2 million from Normandy Real Estate Partners and Greenfield Partners.
The Needham Heights, Mass., property sits on 10 acres of land and is TripAdvisor’s headquarters.
The six-story office property is located in the greater Boston area and was built earlier this year.
