U.S. Capital Partners has launched the U.S. Capital Residential Real Estate Income Fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The new fund was launched through the firm’s private investment and asset management division, U.S. Capital Investment Management.
U.S. Capital Residential Real Estate Income Fund will invest in multifamily properties throughout the United States. U.S. Capital plans to make “senior secured debt investments in residential real estate in the United States, either directly or indirectly through highly promising residential real estate funds and residential real estate development and operating companies,” according to U.S. Capital.
The firm seeks to raise $250 million in equity commitments for the new fund
